Food groups and you

Food for you
We are writing  an information report.

There are mini different foods that we eat same we should eat only as a treat and some we can eat every day.

Food we should eat sometimes are chocolate, candy, ice cream, cookies, burgers, fast food takeaway, doughnuts, muffins and pies. These are all junk foods and are unhealthy  because they have high sugar levels saturated fat and oil. They takes a long time to process get read of the fat from our bodies.

Everyday food has four groups. Milk and Dairy products are good to eat. Milk and cheese have lots of calcium. This is good for us because calcium helps our bones.

Another group we should eat everyday is Meat and Nuts. and seeds and seafood it has protein and it
make as healthy
